• Tuesday, March 17th (2:15 PM – 4:00 PM): Site visit to Greenwood Plantation
• Tuesday, March 17th (4:00 PM – 5:00 PM): Site visit to Paradise Park, downtown Thomasville, GA
• Tuesday, March 17th (6:30 PM): America’s Longleaf Dinner Social, Hubs and Hops, 209 W Remington Ave, Thomasville, GA 31792
• Wednesday, March 18th (8:30 AM – 12 PM ET): Outdoor meeting at Tall Timbers – please use your own transportation all day

Much of this meeting will take place outside so please be prepared to be outside both days (sturdy shoes, hat, sunscreen, rain gear). We will have an ice chest with water but encourage you to bring your own refillable bottle.

Tuesday, March 17th Meeting Transportation Information

The field trip at Greenwood Plantation has limited parking so we are asking everyone that can to plan on riding in the vans (kindly provided by The Jones Center at Ichauway) for the entire day on Tuesday, March 17th. If you are not going on the field trip then please take your own vehicle to Tall Timbers (13093 Henry Beadel Dr, Tallahassee, FL). 

The vans will leave the Courtyard Marriott Thomasville Downtown at 8:00 AM ET on Tuesday. Please be in the lobby at 7:45 AM. Van itinerary on Tuesday, March 17th is as follows:

• 7:45 AM – Meet in the hotel lobby
• 8:00 AM – Leave hotel to go to Tall Timbers 
• 2:15 PM – Leave Tall Timbers and go to Greenwood
• 4:00 PM – Leave Greenwood and go to Paradise Park
• 5:00 PM – Leave Paradise Park and go back to hotel
